FAQs
Will my website look good on mobile devices?
What happens if I want to amend my website later?
Because we build our websites using popular and well-loved themes, it’s quite possible that you can update your own site if you take a bit of time to learn how. If you do not wish to update your own site then we are happy to undertake the work for you, charged by the hour.
Who owns my website?
Do I need to do anything to maintain my website once its up and running?
WordPress websites need to be kept up-to-date. The most important tasks include updating plugins, updating the theme and updating WordPress itself. It’s quite possible to learn how to do this yourself, or alternatively you can purchase a maintenance package from us.
Are there any extra costs I should know about?
You will need to purchase web hosting and a domain name for your website. We do not sell these but we can offer advice. Both are inexpensive.
We also recommend that website owners ensure their sites are kept up-to-date. It’s possible to learn how to do this but you might want to pay a professional to do it so you don’t have to bother. In that case, ask us about our website maintenance plans.
What about hackers - will my website be secure?
Basically, yes it will, but there is a caveat. We make our websites with good security high on our list of priorities, but it’s very important you do not let plugins, the theme and WordPress itself become out of date by not updating them regularly. That’s why we offer a maintenance package, though you can learn how to do this yourself.
How can I contact you?

Do I need web hosting?
To summarise the essentials, web hosting can cost just a few pounds or dollars per month, and for many sites this is all you’ll need to spend. For projects with larger numbers of site visitors, investing more in good hosting is well worth it.
